| Lite-Deck® is the solid concrete
alternate for conventional floor and deck applications in homes,
townhouses or apartment buildings. The Lite-Deck® ICF Deck System is a lightweight, stay-in-place form made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and used to construct site-cast or precast concrete floors, roofs, decks, and walls for commercial, industrial and residential uses. Lite-Deck® provides structural strength through reinforced concrete and insulation through EPS. (Expanded Polystyrene) Lite-Deck® utilizes 18 gauge steel framing studs every 12 inches to carry the temporary construction loads until the concrete gains its required design strength. Steel studs act as furring strips to which interior finishes can be attached after concrete is cured to its required design strength. |
